Nothing in this online site should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. You are simply saying "I would like to buy these items if possible.". We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you.".
Regretfully there may be circumstances where this may not be possible.
Please ensure that we have your correct details, so that if we have any technical difficulties processing your order then we can contact you.
Payment:
We accept payment by cheque, postal order, credit/debit card or paypal. We use paypal to process credit/debit card transactiions, however you do not need to have a paypal account to pay by this method. Simply follow the instructions to pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to Fingertips and post to us with your printed order. Our address is:

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken to a secure server where your payment will be processed before you are sent back to us to complete your order.
All goods will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days of clearance of funds.
We will post to the UK and Europe only.
Delivery and Returns:
Our website is updated regularly and we aim to keep it up to date, but if an item is out of stock, it will have to be re-ordered at a later date.
We cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit and suggest that you contact the post office with your evidence if this occurs.
All of our wonderful stash is checked and stroked before postage, however, items may be returned if they are faulty for a full refund.
Delivery to the UK.
There is a flat rate p&p of £2.75 for all orders.
BFPO orders are charged at UK delivery rates. Please select UK delivery at the checkout.
All orders to Europe are charged £4.00 per order for postage. There may be additional charges for heavy or bulky items. These will be added to your invoice total automatically.
Use of our online shop signifies acceptance of our terms and conditions.
We are only human and mistakes do happen. If you think that we have made a mistake, please contact us so that we can rectify it as soon as possible before cancelling payment.
Your payment may not be honoured. We reserve the right to take legal steps to recover monies owed and the legal expenses incurred while doing so.
